FAQ

Is every piece one of a kind?

Yes. Each piece is made by hand, so no two are the same. Once something sells, it’s gone.

How long until my order ships?

Orders ship within 7–10 business days. I take my time packing each piece so it arrives safely. You’ll get tracking by email once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Choose International before checkout. If an item doesn’t show an international price, email me for a quote. Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer.

Can I return something?

All sales are final because every piece is one of a kind. If your order arrives damaged, see Returns & refunds.

Are paintings framed?

Paintings on stretched canvas ship ready to hang. Framing is available on some paintings, so contact me before buying if you’d like it framed.

Do you take commissions?

Yes, on canvas, shoes, plate covers, phone cases, furniture and more. There’s a $100 deposit and turnaround is usually 3–6 months. See the Commissions page.

How should I care for a painting?

Hang it out of direct sunlight, and away from heat, damp and big temperature swings, so not in a bathroom, over a fireplace or next to a heater. Dust it now and then with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth. Never use water, sprays or cleaning products on the paint. Handle it by the edges or the wooden frame on the back, not the painted surface.

Is there anything special about oil paintings?

Oil paint keeps curing for months after it feels dry. For the first few months, don’t stack anything against it, cover it with plastic, or store it face down. Give it air and it will be fine.

How do I care for painted shoes or other items?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth if needed and let them air dry. Don’t soak them, put them in the washing machine, or scrub the painted areas.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, and other options like Apple Pay may show up depending on your device.
