Privacy policy

This site is run by Benjitrades LLC, doing business as Love Without Fear. I collect as little information as I can, and only to fill your order or answer your message. I don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

What I collect

• When you buy something: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, plus the details of your order. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and I never see or store them.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email, and whatever you write in your message.
• When you browse: like most websites, the hosting service keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How I use it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To reply to your messages and commission requests.
• To keep records required for taxes and accounting.

I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Services that help run the shop

Your information is shared only with the services needed to run the shop:

• Stripe for payments.
• Netlify for hosting the site and receiving contact form messages.
• Supabase for storing order records.
• Shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver your order.

Each of these follows its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for shipping, customer support, and tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are kept only as long as they’re useful.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you by emailingbenjitradesllc@gmail.com. Some order details may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
