Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made on this website. The site and shop are run by Benjitrades LLC(“I”, “me”), doing business as Love Without Fear, based in Jacksonville, Florida. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The work

Each piece is handmade and one of a kind unless the listing says otherwise. Small marks, drips, texture and variation are part of the work. I do my best to photograph pieces accurately, but colors can vary between screens.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown on each listing and added at checkout.
• Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable (for example, two people buy it at the same moment), I’ll cancel that order and refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and damage

See Shipping and Returns & refunds. In short: orders ship within7–10 business days, all sales are final, and damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Commissions

Commissions are covered by the terms on the Commissions page and anything we agree in writing. Commissions are final sale and the deposit is non-refundable once work has started.

Copyright

Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical piece. The copyright stays with Benjamin Bishop. That means you’re welcome to display, photograph and share your piece, but it can’t be reproduced, printed or used commercially without my written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
